COTG Cares is an annual, company-wide customer service training program that has been designed to assist
COTG in cultivating and sustaining a customer friendly environment.
Three new topics are introduced each year to every department, all aimed to enhance client care skills
and establish stronger connections internally.
Some of the trainings have included:
- Email etiquette
- The power of a positive “no”
- Emotional intelligence
- Communication styles in the workplace
