What services does COTG offer?

We have a suite of Xerox products including copiers, printers, scanners, fax machines, Smart Technology devices, HP Printing Devices, managed print services, managed network services, IT support, A/V services, our state-of-the-art COTG 360 App and much more.

Where is COTG located?

Our world class headquarters and warehouse are located in Bolingbrook, Illinois. We also have offices in the Chicago Loop, Itasca, Illinois and Minnetonka, Minnesota.

When placing Supply Orders or Service Calls, please have the following information handy:

  • COTG Equipment ID (small metallic blue sticker located on your printer)
  • Description of the service issue or supply being requested
  • Your name and phone number

Where can I troubleshoot my printer, copier, scanner or fax machine?

I’m not sure who my Solutions Specialist is, who can I contact for assistance?

Call us at (630) 771-8200 and we’ll be glad to direct your call to your Solutions Specialist.

My equipment is on backorder, when can I expect it to arrive?

It’s difficult for COTG to provide an estimated arrival time on backorder equipment. Your Solutions Specialist or our Inventory Control Processors will reach out to you when we confirm that your equipment is ready for delivery.

I need help using my printer, how can I schedule a training session for my office?

Let your Solutions Specialist know you are interested in a training session and we will send out one of our trainers to your office at your convenience, free of charge. Our trainers are located throughout the Chicagoland and NW Indiana area and are experts on all Xerox devices including copiers, printers, scanners, fax machines and more.

What is the Supply Freight Fee on my bill?

The Supply Freight charge on your invoice is similar to a shipping and handling fee. This is just another way COTG streamlines your business. Instead of charging you shipping for each individual supply order, COTG determines a set fee based on your contracted volume.

How do I return unused toner for my printer that I no longer need?

Email with your contact information and the toner for your printer you’d like to return, or call (630) 771–8200. One of our supply representatives will respond to your request as soon as possible.

How long should it take for me to receive toner for my printer?

On average, the toner for your printer will arrive between 2 and 3 business days after the order is placed.

I received an incorrect toner order – how do I get the correct toner for my printer I ordered?

Contact our Supply Department at or call (630) 771-8200. We’ll correct your order as soon as possible and ship out the correct toner.

Is there anyway I can get my toner delivered faster?

Yes, for an additional fee, COTG offers overnight delivery as well as messenger service in the case of a toner emergency. Contact our Supply Department at or call (630) 771-8200 to upgrade your delivery time.

How can I submit my meter reads to COTG?

You can submit them by clicking here , e-mailing or faxing them to (630) 771-8297. If you have networked devices, our COTG 360 App can automatically pull your meter reads.
