COTG Employees Volunteer with Little Friends

Bolingbrook, Illinois – June 13th, 2014 – As part of COTG’s—A Xerox Company—Quarterly Volunteer Opportunity Program, a group of 10 COTG employees volunteered their time in Naperville on Wednesday, June 4th at a group home established by Little Friends, Inc.

Volunteers participated in various outdoor chores at one of Little Friends group homes ranging from landscaping, laying out mulch, and other yard work. The weather had made this project a bit more challenging for the group, as it was raining all morning, but this did not dampen their spirit for volunteering time to brighten up the home for the individuals living there.

Little Friends, Inc. is a local non-profit organization that has been serving both children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities since 1965. Their mission is “to empower children and adults with special challenges to live, learn, work and participate in the community.”
